  • Binance adds Midnight (NIGHT) as the 61st HODLer Airdrop project for BNB Simple Earn and On-Chain Yield subscribers.
  • Eligible users held BNB in Binance yield products between Feb 16 and Feb 18, 2026, to qualify for the NIGHT airdrop.
  • Binance will list NIGHT on March 11, 2026, with USDT, USDC, BNB, and TRY trading pairs.

Binance has introduced Midnight (NIGHT) as the 61st project in its HODLer Airdrop program ahead of the token’s market debut. The exchange confirmed that users who subscribed BNB to selected earning products during a defined February window qualify for the retroactive distribution. The announcement also confirmed the NIGHT listing schedule and trading pairs on the Binance spot market.

Midnight (NIGHT) Added as 61st Binance HODLer Airdrop

Binance confirmed that Midnight (NIGHT) is the latest project included in its HODLer Airdrop program. The token becomes the 61st project added to this reward system. The exchange described Midnight as a blockchain that uses zero-knowledge proof technology.

The network aims to provide utility while protecting data ownership and privacy. According to Binance, users who subscribed BNB to supported earning products qualified for the airdrop. Eligible products included Principal-Protected Earn and On-Chain Earn services.

The qualifying subscription period ran from February 16, 2026, at 08:00 to February 19, 2026, at 07:59 UTC+8. Binance recorded historical snapshots of BNB balances during this timeframe.

The platform stated that users receive allocations automatically based on their BNB holdings in those products.

BNB Subscribers Receive Retroactive NIGHT Airdrop

The HODLer Airdrop rewards users who held BNB through selected yield products. These products include flexible and locked principal-protected subscriptions. Binance said users who participated during the snapshot period will receive the token distribution automatically.

The exchange will send the rewards to user spot accounts. The announcement stated that airdrop tokens are expected to arrive within four hours after the official announcement. Users do not need to complete additional tasks.

Binance explained the system in the notice. The exchange said, “HODLer airdrops use a historical snapshot of users’ BNB holdings to reward BNB holders.” The platform also confirmed that several random balance snapshots were taken each hour.

These records helped calculate each user’s average BNB holdings. This method allows Binance to distribute tokens based on historical participation rather than active farming events.

NIGHT Token Supply and Network Information

The Midnight token has a maximum supply of 24 billion NIGHT tokens. The initial supply is also set at 24 billion tokens. Binance allocated 240 million NIGHT tokens for the HODLer Airdrop distribution.

This amount represents one percent of the total token supply. The exchange also stated that another 240 million tokens will support future marketing activities. Binance said details about these campaigns will appear later.

At the time of listing, the circulating supply will reach about 16.6 billion tokens. This represents around 69.19 percent of the maximum supply. The Midnight token will operate across two blockchain networks.

These include BNB Smart Chain and Cardano. Binance also confirmed that the listing fee for the project is zero.

Binance Confirms NIGHT Spot Listing and Trading Pairs

Binance confirmed that Midnight (NIGHT) will begin spot trading on March 11, 2026. Trading will open at 23:30 UTC+8. The exchange plans to launch several trading pairs during the listing. These include NIGHT paired with USDT, USDC, BNB, and TRY.

Deposits for the token are already open on the platform. This allows users to transfer tokens before the market launch. Binance also noted that NIGHT was available earlier on Binance Alpha.

However, the asset will no longer appear there after spot trading begins. Users can still sell their Alpha holdings through Alpha Instant for one hour after spot trading starts. Binance stated that trading activity after the spot launch will not count toward Alpha points.

The listing places Midnight among new projects introduced through Binance reward programs before market trading begins.
