JackRipple’s RLUSD adds Wormhole NTT support, enabling native cross-chain transfers for payments, liquidity, tokenization, and on-off ramps now.

Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin has expanded across blockchain ecosystems through Wormhole’s Native Token Transfers, known as NTT.

The move gives RLUSD a multichain path across a network connected to more than 40 blockchains.

It also comes as Ripple expands the regulated dollar-backed stablecoin into Türkiye through local partners.

RLUSD Expands Through Wormhole NTT

Ripple’s RLUSD is now live across ecosystems through Wormhole’s Native Token Transfers.

Wormhole described NTT as a standard used by more than 100 assets across over 40 chains.

The integration allows RLUSD to move natively across supported networks. It also avoids fragmented wrapped versions, which can create operational issues for users.

Wormhole said institutional-grade stablecoins have moved multichain through the launch. The firm described the setup as “Compliant. Native. Multichain.”

RLUSD is designed as a USD-backed stablecoin for financial use cases. Ripple has positioned it for payments, tokenization, and collateral management.

Ripple Links Stablecoin Growth to Enterprise Demand

Jack McDonald, SVP of Stablecoins at Ripple, said RLUSD has gained use in financial markets.

He said it serves as “a vital bridge for payments, tokenization, and collateral management.”

McDonald said enterprise demand is scaling across markets. He also said the launch in Türkiye marks a milestone in Ripple’s expansion.

“Türkiye sits at the crossroads of traditional finance and the digital economy,” McDonald said. He noted the country’s high crypto adoption rate.

said Ripple aims to provide a transparent and regulated USD-backed asset. He added that RLUSD can help Turkish businesses access global liquidity.

The comments link RLUSD to regulated stablecoin use in cross-border markets. They also place Türkiye within Ripple’s wider stablecoin strategy.

Türkiye Rollout Adds Local Exchange Partners

Ripple is working with BiLira, Bitexen, and Bitlo for RLUSD access in Türkiye. The rollout follows changes in the country’s digital asset rules.

Türkiye remains the largest crypto market in the MENA region. Chainalysis reported nearly $200 billion in annual transaction volume for the country.

The market has also moved toward formal oversight. The Capital Markets Board introduced a licensing framework in 2024 for crypto service providers.

Sinan Koç, Co-Founder of BiLira, said the company aims to connect finance with digital markets. He said the Ripple partnership is based on “regulatory integrity.”

Koç said RLUSD gives clients access to a “gold-standard asset” for the next finance era. He added that RLUSD can support blockchain adoption in Türkiye.

Alphan Göğüş, CEO at Bitexen MENA, said RLUSD will reach users through Bitexen Global. He said the launch is the first step in a wider rollout.

Göğüş said Bitexen connects local markets to global liquidity through regulated entities. He said RLUSD fits its plan for trusted USD-denominated instruments.

Mustafa Alpay, CEO at Bitlo, said RLUSD gives Turkish users a secure route to global markets. He said users want digital tools to manage wealth and hedge volatility.

Ripple’s stablecoin expansion now combines Wormhole’s multichain transport with local access in Türkiye.

The launch places RLUSD within regulated stablecoin, crypto adoption, and cross-chain liquidity discussions.
